Life happens—we get it. But if you ghost me with less than 24 hours’ notice, my massage table gets lonely and sad… and so does my schedule.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session amount (ouch, right?).
